Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the VOYA website and the VOYA iOS and Android applications, operated by Start Tech Web Design ("VOYA", "we"). By creating an account or using VOYA you agree to these Terms. Effective date: 5 September 2026.
The service
VOYA is a travel marketplace and planning companion: you can plan trips, chat with the VOYA assistant, and book travel services (such as stays, activities, dining, mobility and connectivity) supplied by independent travel partners. Where a service is supplied by a partner, the partner is responsible for delivering it; VOYA facilitates discovery, booking and payment.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 to hold an account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these Terms.
Bookings, prices and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we or the partner issue a confirmation. Prices are shown before you pay, in the stated currency, and are collected by licensed payment providers. Availability, inclusions and partner conditions shown at checkout form part of your booking. Some listings may be presented for planning purposes and marked as not yet bookable; they are not reservations.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rights and fees depend on the partner’s policy shown at booking. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (and, where applicable, VOYA Points are re-credited or deducted to reflect the reversal). Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
VOYA Points
VOYA Points are a loyalty benefit, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, topped up or withdrawn, and can only be redeemed against eligible VOYA purchases under the programme rules in the app. Points obtained through fraud may be reversed.
AI assistant
The VOYA assistant helps you plan; it can make mistakes. Verify important details (such as opening hours, visas and schedules) before relying on them. The assistant will never complete a purchase without your explicit confirmation. Assistant output is not legal, medical or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse VOYA: no unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity; no scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the service; no infringing or abusive content in reviews or messages; no attempts to access other users’ data.
Intellectual property
VOYA, the VOYA wordmark and ring device, the apps and the website are protected by intellectual-property rights and belong to VOYA or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the apps for your own travel.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death, personal injury or fraud). Otherwise, VOYA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for events outside its reasonable control, or for the acts of travel partners beyond the remedies described here, and our aggregate liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid VOYA for that booking.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes take effect after we post them here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
